2. Protection of minors

Under federal law (section 42), the sale of alcohol to minors under 18 years old is prohibited. The customer certifies to be 18 years old at the time of the order. Mademoiselle Bulles does not sell alcohol to young people under the age of 18.

3. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Before validate the order on the website of Mademoiselle Bulles the Customer accepts the present General Conditions of Sale (CGV). 4. Ordering

Any order of Champagne bottles, Champagne-related items or any tasting service reservation, may be made through the Mademoiselle Bulles website, or by phone, or by email.

The payment is made by paypal , or crédit card or by transfer to the bank account of the company at the following coordinates:

Any sale engages the order of the customer and the payment of the goods (or the service) in agreement with these General Conditions of Sale.

At the time of the validation of the order, a confirmation email is sent to the customer at the e- mail address that he has previously provided to Mademoisellebulles.bio

Confirmation of the order at the contract value between the customer and Mademoiselle Bulles. Mademoiselle Bulles reserves the right, for whatever reason, not to accept an order and to refuse to confirm. By its order, the customer expressly confirms its acceptance of CGV and the accuracy of all the data it provides. The price of orders is reserved for persons with the capacity to perform legal acts.

For corporate events, no reservation will be accepted without the payment of a deposit of 50% according to the quote signed and dated by the customer. The customer will pay the deposit by bank transfer. The balance will be payable after the event upon receipt of the invoice.

With regard to the sale of bottles or articles related to Champagne, the customer can propose to you at any moment can modificate or cancel his order until it is processed by our preparation service. As soon as the goods are loaded by the carrier, the order can not be modified or canceled.

With respect to the sale of champagne bottles or champagne-related items, if the product (s) do not fully satisfy the customer, the customer may return unopened bottles or champagne- related items in their original packaging to Mademoiselle Bulles within 2 weeks.

On receipt of the parcel, Mademoiselle Bulles refunds the number of bottles or returned items to the customer’s account (bank details / precious cards). In general, items returned incomplete or damaged are not rrefundable. Delivery costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer bears the risk of sending.

As regards the tasting service for individuals and companies, in the event of cancellation of the penalties can be withheld on the price of the reservation by Mademoiselle Bulles:

Cancellation more than 10 calendar days before the date of the workshop: no deduction is made. The total price of the reservation is refunded. Another date will be offered to the customer.
Cancellation between 5 and 10 calendar days before the date of the workshop: a 50% deduction of the reservation price is

5. Price:

Prices are in Swiss francs and are not subject to VAT.

The price excludes shipping costs. Prices are valid only for Switzerland.

Mademoiselle Bulles reserves the right to modify prices at any time and without notice in accordance with changes in producer prices, customs duties or freight charges.

The payment of products or services via the site mademoisellebulles.bio is made to order (or reservation for the tasting services) by card of type Visa, MasterCard on the highly secured servers of our partners.

No confidential information related to the customer’s bank or mailing address is stored or accessible via mademoillesebulles.bio

Mademoiselle Bulles ensures that your personal data will not be disclosed. The order is definitively validated after receipt of payment.

6. Transport costs, delivery terms:

The shipping costs are paid by the customer and vary according to the quantity of bottles requested. These costs are those indicated on the site of mademoisellebullesbulles.bio at the time of the order.

Mademoiselle Bulles reserves the right to increase the cost of delivery without notice.

We work with a service provider who provides the delivery within 3 to 5 working days for Switzerland. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). The goods are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.

A delay does not constitute a reason for cancellation of the order and does not give right to any compensation.

From 1 to 5 bottles -> 15 CHF

From 6 to 12 bottles -> participation of 20 CHF From 13 to 24 bottles -> participation of 30 CHF From 25 to 36 bottles -> participation of 40 CHF

For larger quantities and for resellers, a price will be negotiated and defined at the time of the order according to the quantities.

In case of return of the package (s) due to an impossibility of delivery, the customer will be informed by email immediately. If the customer does not give any news within one month, Mademoiselle Bulles reserves the right to cancel the order being released from its obligation to deliver the package (s). In this case, the advance paid by the customer at the time of his order is retained by the company Mademoiselle Bulles as damage and interest.

In the event that it is impossible for Mademoiselle Bulles to honor the delivery of an order within 30 days following the departure of the package or parcels from the producer due to an exceptional reason, the customer is entitled to cancel his order and to demand the return of the advance paid when the order is placed. Mademoiselle Bulles will refund this advance and the customer will not be able to claim additional damages, the responsibility of Mademoiselle Bulles limited to the refund of the advance paid.

Promotional offers and other discounts can not be combined.

Corked bottles

Cork bottles are neither taken back nor exchanged unless there is a repetition of the defect in the same batch of bottles. In this case, bottles with a cork taste must be returned to the company Mademoiselle Bulles at least ¾ full and with the original cork. These bottles will be replaced at no cost by an equivalent product or the same market value.

In any case, Mademoiselle Bulles reserves the right to contest this taste of cork.

7. Data protection
